1st Nails offers professional nail care and beauty services as listed on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion without notice. However, we will endeavor to notify clients of any changes to services they have booked.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments can be made online through our website or by calling our salon directly.

We request a notice of [24/48] hours for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payment is required at the time of service. We accept all payment methods except check and any insufficient condition payment method

Prices for services are as stated on our website and are subject to change without notice.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our service, please inform us immediately. Redo services will be provided at the discretion of 1st Nails management. There is no refund or exchange for services that client dissatisfied.

4. Client Responsibilities

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

Inform your nail technician of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical conditions that may affect your service.

5. Health and Safety

Our salon follows strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a nail or skin condition we suspect may be contagious or we deem unsafe to treat.
